Wonderful place. Excellent customer service with a smile, very attentive. Great pedicure. Clean place, nice large bathroom, they offer beverages. Will be going back.

Honestly was the best nail experience I have ever had. It truly was the little things that makes this place and my experience perfect. From the service to the quality of the nails I wouldn’t change a thing. The moment you walk in, the entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. They could tell I was indecisive on what color I wanted and they helped narrow down my options by asking questions about my preferences. The second is sat in the chair they made sure I knew how the massage chair worked and asked what refreshment i wanted. Tammy did an excellent job on my nails. You could tell she was passionate on making sure every little detail of my nails was perfect. Definitely was an artist who really carried pride in her work. Definitely will be returning, no matter who you are you will have a good experience.

i showed up 10 late because another appt of mine ran late. they got me right in and started on me. such sweet smiley ladies! everything was perfect! i did a vixen deluxe pedicure and was so happy with it!

Went in as a walk in. My mother and I are from an hour and a half from the cities and looked at the place with the best reviews in Bloomington. WOW! This place was on point. Customer service right when you walk in from Juan was great!! I asked for a certain design an Tien delivered without question. Gorgeous! Amazing service and very nice interaction! 10/10 would actually drive to go here again!

best nail salon I had ever been to! staff was SO SO friendly and price was very reasonable. They really took the time to make my nails look perfect. I have a skin picking condition so I'm always emabressed to get my nails done, but no one made me feel excluded or like my nails were ugly.

Clean facility and very friendly staff. I don't know much about nails and this was our first time visiting and my tech patiently listened to what I wanted and suggested a finish that was perfect. My pedicurist was amazing, she was gentle and relaxing and made my feet feel and look great. My daughter also got ombre pink and white nails and they were gorgeous. Highly recommend

I’m visiting from out of town. Easy online booking in which they confirmed my appointment by text. My appointment, at 11 am for pedicure, full set and eyebrow wax, was honored as soon as I walked in, which was 10:50. The gentleman was very friendly and the techs immediately got to work on the pedi and nails at the same time. Offered something to drink. Clean work, not pushy with extra services, gave me what I asked for and worth what they charge. Took only a little over an hour for everything!

Great staff and the service was fast and friendly. I got a full acrylic set with color and they still look great 3 weeks later. The picture is after 3 weeks. Definitely would go back!

Today was my first time visiting Vixen Nail & Spa. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and everyone was so friendly. It was a last minute appointment and they gladly took me right away and offered soda/water. The pedicure was great and their were many pedicure selections to choose from. I also ended up getting a full set of nails which turned out great. This is the best nail salon I’ve been to. It was clean, good quality and fast service. I definitely will be back!

I have been coming to Vixen for almost 2 years now, and I see Kim every 2 weeks or so. She does a fabulous job and is just the sweetest! The owner is also really nice and accommodating! The shop is super clean and relaxing. I love this place!

Under new ownership! The staff is pleasant, the place is immaculate and my nails look great. They got me in right away. Also, the gentleman that runs the salon is the nicest man! He offered me a cold water, introduced himself and used my name throughout. I recommend this place. I hope they do well!

I noticed this location was under NEW management and they had a special this week , I decided to give this place another chance as I wasn’t happy with my service in the past and oh my! Kim did a WONDERFUL job! Very clean, updated look that was very pleasing to the eyes and felt very welcomed by the owner and the staff. I’ll be back for my refill and pedicure so happy for my experience especially since Mother’s Day is this weekend & my nails look so pretty and fresh 🌸 thank you!
